Jazz & Leadership

Interactive workshops for companies to develop
the skills of their managers and leaders:
Trust, agility, inspiration, cooperation...

What do jazz and leadership have in common? How can the observation and practice of this music help managers and leaders to better support transformations and inspire their teams? These are the questions I invite the participants to reflect on.

I draw on my extensive experience as a manager, consultant and musician to help participants actively reflect on the skills they need to demonstrate.

Frequently operating in environments undergoing profound change, whether through business model transformation, restructuring or mergers, participants engage in experiential learning with a small jazz combo. These thought-provoking workshops challenge established habits and stimulate reflection on managerial effectiveness.

In this way, they address critical skills such as: providing a sense of purpose, thinking outside the box, generating trust, developing talents, demonstrating empathy and assertiveness, not to mention listening and tempo. From understanding and observing jazz, they acquire the right reflexes through an innovative prism.
